What a fantastic soft opening weekend!!

Thanks to everyone for coming out to support us and show some love! We have so many more amazing products on the way to absolutely pack our little retail shop but we couldn’t be happier with how this first weekend went. It was great to see so many enthusiastic and cheerful faces in the @gibsonspublicmarket and the energy that the merchant floor has!

Thanks to @shaggyjacksmarket @fishermansmarket @emellesmarketbistro @kitchenclassicsgibsons and @crazyredsbreads for welcoming us with open arms and we couldn’t be happier to be part of a great team in our new forever home. Time to get the Eatery open and start pumping out some delicious eats. Stay tuned!
